These terms apply to the PolyMind Chess plugin and its hosted interface, provided by Cyril Dieumegard.
Purpose and availability
The plugin is for playing, studying and comparing chess decisions. Access is currently free, subject to resource limits and service availability. It does not sell subscriptions, process payments or place bets.
Use of the service
Use the plugin lawfully and respect the rules of any chess competition or platform you participate in. Do not attempt to access other users’ games without permission, bypass resource limits or disrupt the service.
Chess guidance and limitations
Decision-model probabilities express preferences among supplied candidates, not winning chances. Difficulty labels are qualitative, not verified Elo ratings. Léon’s guidance uses calculated facts and explanatory templates; it is not a transcript of a decision model’s internal reasoning. Engine choices and explanations can be imperfect.
Your games
You may export your games as PGN. Keep an export if you need a long-term copy: hosted games expire as described in the privacy policy. The plugin does not synchronize accounts or saved games with the main website.
Independent service
PolyMind Chess is an independent product. OpenAI Decisions, JEV, TypeSafe, OpenRouter and Stockfish are identified to explain the services and software used; their names do not imply endorsement.
